• All auction bids are final and cannot be retracted.
  Buyer is responsible for paying Sales and Use Tax and/or provide an applicable Certificate of Exemption.
  
  
• For purchased equipment Buyer is required to pay full amount of the auction closing price, by check from a U.S. bank or wire transfer within three (3) business days after the auction closes. Upon receipt of full payment the buyer will be provided with the location of the equipment.
  
  
• Managing Collateral will not be required to transport equipment.
  
  
• Buyer is required to transport equipment from Seller's premises no later than eight (10) business days after the auction closes and that after thirty (30) days the equipment may be deemed abandoned and re-sold.
  
  
• Buyer is responsible for all title registration, freight and transportation costs related to transporting from the equipment location.
  
  
• In order for a dispute to be considered, it must be submitted in writing to Managing Collateral within 24 hrs of delivery.

Seller Terms & Conditions

• Seller must consigned unit is in the same condition as featured in the ManagingCollateral.com listing details.
  
  
• Seller will allow access to equipment for inspection and provide appropriate documentation (Warranty’s & Service Reports).
  
  
• Seller will provide all lien information necessary to clear title to Buyer.
  
  
• Seller will be required to provide all title transfer documentation and information for Buyer to register equipment.
  
  
• Pay all commissions and fees according to Managing Collateral's fee section.
  
  
• Prepare equipment for transportation to Buyer prior to Seller payment and no later than one (1) business day after the auction.
  
  
• Accept final payment equal to the auction closing price, less commissions & fees, within two (2) business days after constructive receipt of equipment by Buyer.
